Yes, Leppert-Nutmeg does charge an inspection fee to cover the cost of the disassembly and inspection of a motor, generator, or other component.
If a customer chooses to move forward with repairing the inspected item, or buys new from Leppert-Nutmeg, the inspection fee will be waived.
Leppert-Nutmeg provides emergency services twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week.
If an emergency arises, call our main office at (860) 243-1737 to be connected to an on-call Leppert-Nutmeg employee.
We do not use an answering service and instead use on-call employees so that we can provide the most timely and accurate emergency services to our customers.
Leppert-Nutmeg will provide updates after we have completed the motor/generator's initial disassembly and inspection, and when work is complete and your motor/generator is ready for delivery.
